FLOWER CARE

1. On receipt of your flowers, fill up the container with water.
2. Add flower food to the water.
3. Cut the stems at an angle and remove any leaves that will be below the waterline.
4. Keep container topped up with water as flowers drink water.
5. Keep arrangements away from draughts, direct sunlight. The cooler the room the longer your flowers will last.
6. Remove blooms as they fade.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular flower deliveries as per your chosen plan. As a valued member of our subscription service, enjoy exclusive perks all year round! One of the many benefits of your membership is $10 off any order—perfect for treating yourself or gifting someone special. Plus, during the holiday season, you’ll receive standard pricing on all products, ensuring you can celebrate without any added stress.
2. Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during sign-up. All payments must be made in advance of delivery.
3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly.
4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges.
5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If unsatisfied with your delivery, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
