Blooms are hand delivered in person to enhance any celebration or a “just because” surprise. Deliveries are done between 10am - 5pm. If the recipient is not home, we will leave the delivery if safe from the elements. We will call or text the recipient and let them know a delivery has been left.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I ordered these flowers from Morocco for someone's birthday in Saint Cloud. I won’t lie I had some doubts at first. But the team walked me through the process via email, keeping me updated on the delivery status from the moment it was prepared to when it was shipped. This reassured me and made the experience very smooth. And let’s not even get started on the actual flowers..they were absolutely gorgeous! The recipient loved them so much, which made me incredibly satisfied. I highly recommend their service!
